Over the years, Archbishop Sebastian has held various positions within Catholicism, including serving as the State General Secretary for the Catholic Association of Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh (before the bifurcation of the state), demonstrating exceptional leadership and commitment.

In 2006, he established the Union for Pastors, Evangelists, and Freelance Churches, named the All India Independent Churches Union (AIIC Union). Through this union, many pastors, evangelists, and freelance churches have benefited, receiving protection from the Bajrang Dal, Hindu Vahini, BJP, RSS, Shiv Sena, and other Hindu communal political parties and unions that are anti-minorities. Those who have been prosecuted by these groups receive physical support, prayer, financial assistance, and moral support from our union and diocese. Our ministry continues this mission to this day.

Inspired by the Holy Spirit and a call from the Lord, the AIIC Diocese members, along with highly educated and spiritual bishops and pastors, supported the establishment of the AIIC Diocese. Driven by a spiritual vision to create a Christian community centered on faith, compassion, and service, the diocese has grown and

 thrived under his leadership, becoming a beacon of hope and support for its members. His efforts in establishing and maintaining the diocese have been instrumental in addressing both spiritual and practical needs. The Aiic diocese have not having any funding support from any other missionaries  the diocese seeking and praying for the funders and prayer worrier’s and supporter in International wide

He has been actively involved in spiritually and various social initiatives and political for the protect from the gentiles  who are against the Gospel work in India and protection from the Bajrang Dal, Hindu Vahini, BJP, RSS, Shiv Sena, and other Hindu communal political parties and unions that are anti-Christian ‘s The Indian Believers party (IBP) specially focusing  on  to rule the India by developing in social justiece  our IBP party is  particularly focusing on Gospel work and providing biblical training and ordinations to unorganized pastors and evangelists.
